Software allows IT Contractors or employees to enter their resume in pieces, so it does not take them so long to complete and allows them to return later to update. Client contract information can be entered into the system and displays as an Open Job Opportunity, which is immediately search-able and internally, will display all candidates that match the skillset required.
System took nearly 12 months to develop, so this is not a template solution; it would be ideal for a startup staffing company that has protected their Intellectual Property and has Investor backing for significant growth potential.
This would be a great opportunity to license the software for your company to get off the ground or buy the system outright and consult with me to create complete usage materials or to manage your IT department short- or long-term. Database tables and fields are English-friendly, meaning anyone in the United States would immediately understand the naming convention as opposed to getting documentation from India or Mexico that is not inherently user-friendly.
